Tele-Health available

Our tele-health sessions allow clients to receive quality mental health care from the comfort and convenience of their own home. We utilize a secure and easy-to-use platform to provide clients with a safe and confidential space to discuss their concerns and work towards their goals.

Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy sessions are designed to help clients navigate a wide range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. We utilize evidence-based treatments to help clients build resiliency, develop healthy coping skills, and empower them to achieve their goals.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps people identify and change negative thought and behavior patterns to improve mood and functioning. It focuses on how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected, teaching you to challenge irrational beliefs and develop healthier coping mechanisms for current problems.

CBT is a short-term, problem-oriented therapy used to treat conditions like depression, anxiety, and phobias, and can also help with stress, relationship issues, and physical conditions.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), we help teach skills to manage intense emotions and unhealthy behaviors, especially those that are self-destructive such as eating disorders, and substance use disorders. The core "dialectical" principle is balancing the need for acceptance with the need for change, helping people accept themselves while also working to alter harmful thoughts and actions.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

An evidence-based therapeutic approach to understand and change emotional responses, fostering secure bonds and improving relationships in couples, families, and individuals. It helps clients understand how their past experiences influence present emotions, enabling them to trust their feelings, communicate more effectively, and develop healthier, more fulfilling connections with others and themselves.

Humanistic therapy

A type of psychotherapy focused on an individual's personal growth and potential for self-actualization, emphasizing positive characteristics, free will, and self-direction.  We support our clients to foster self-understanding, improve relationships, and embrace new experiences to become their most authentic selves.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Our mindfulness-based therapy sessions help clients develop a more mindful and compassionate relationship with themselves and others. We utilize mindfulness-based techniques to help clients reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate greater self-awareness and acceptance.

Psychodynamic / psychotherapy

Focusing on the impact of past experiences, especially in childhood, and unconscious conflicts on present behavior and emotions, we aim to provide clients with greater self-awareness and understanding of their patterns, helping them resolve deep-seated issues that may manifest as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or trauma. Through a collaborative and safe therapeutic relationship, clients explore their thoughts, feelings, dreams, and relationships, to gain insight and make empowered lasting changes.

Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)

A goal-oriented, future-focused approach that concentrates on building solutions and identifying existing strengths rather than dwelling on past problems or causes. It's a collaborative, evidence-based therapy that empowers our clients to discover their own abilities to create a preferred future by focusing on exceptions to problems and moments of success.

Empowerment starts here, with you!
